Korelasi Ajaran Tasawuf Akhlaqi dalam Aktivitas Perekonomian Perspektif Buya Hamka

Abstract

Sufism is a new teaching in Islam in which there are different ideas about the essence of the teaching itself, even though it still originates from Islam itself. Sufism was not known by its name until the middle of the second Hijri century. Morals or manners also include topics discussed in tasawuf which we indirectly usually implement daily, or can be called the teachings of akhlaqi tasawuf. One of the Indonesian Sufism figures who adheres to akhlaqi Sufism is Buya Hamka. Buya Hamka is a modern Sufi. The concept of tasawuf akhlaqi Buya Hamka can be implemented in various fields, for example in education, worship, politics as well as economic activity. Because the economy also cannot be separated from the teachings of Islam itself. How do we as entrepreneurs, for example, face various problems in our commerce, deal with customers, deal with hampered capital turnover or help the sustainability of the economy by providing jobs to people who need them for survival as stated in the word of Allah surah Al-Baqarah verse 177. But a pandemic has occurred in the past few years, the effect of which is clear on the country's economy, especially for entrepreneurs personally who may be mentally affected due to a decrease in turnover during the pandemic until they are out of business. By using qualitative-based research, this paper aims to try to correlate the teachings of Sufism in economic activity as well as provide an understanding to entrepreneurs out there who have been affected by the pandemic in recent years. The object of this research is expected to be further expanded and not limited to the economic sector but other sectors to produce maximum results
